Public Member Vacancy

The Florida Courts Technology Commission is not seeking a public member to fill a vacancy on the Commission at this time.  If a vacancy becomes available in the future, information will be posted here.   

The Commission was established in Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.236 to oversee, manage, and direct the development and use of technology within the judicial branch under the supreme court's direction.  Responsibilities include: making recommendations to the supreme court on all matters of technology policy impacting the judicial branch, making recommendations to the supreme court regarding policies for public access to electronic court records, and developing and maintaining security policies that must be utilized to ensure the integrity and availability of court technology systems and related data, to name a few.
